The Noncustodial Parent Statement (NCPS) is a quick and free online application that allows us to have a more in-depth view of your family’s unique financial circumstances.
Note: It is not necessary to submit the NCPS and CSS Profile. Some families find it convenient to complete the CSS Profile in order to send their financial information to several schools at once.
Who Should Submit the Noncustodial Parent Statement (NCPS)
The NCPS should be submitted by the noncustodial parent for all first-time financial aid applicants whose parents are separated, divorced, or were never married and are not living together. This includes first-year and transfer applicants, and current students wishing to apply for need-based financial aid at Washington University for the first time.
The NCPS must be completed in one sitting. It isn’t possible to save and return to complete the form later. If needed, use the printable form ahead of time before making your online submission.
